The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Holman is currently accepting applications for the role of Senior Financial Analyst – Financial Planning and Analysis.

Principal Purpose of Position:

• Prepare Long Range Plan, Annual Plan, and Reforecast for Income and Overhead Lines.
• Prepare deliverables used to present financial results to Senior Management.
• Develop and deliver details of KPIs and Metrics for the business.
• Assist in the creation of analytical tools for project or ongoing use.
• Support and help to develop Financial Analysts on the team.
• Review work of Financial Analysts on the team.
• Perform various other analytical tasks and special projects as assigned.

Education and/or Training:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, General Business Administration or other related field from an accredited college/university.

Relevant Work Experience:

• 2+ years demonstrated experience performing Accounting, Finance, or Economics-related financial data analysis tasks.
