Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform required inspection and testing based on established procedures.
Perform Line process & product audits or spot checks
Perform can & box verification
Provide mix adjustment recommendations
Inputs daily quality data and prepare reports
Perform incoming raw material testing
Coordinate with R&D, QA & Production for issue resolution
Prepare Certificate of Analysis (COA) as required by Sales and Shipping

Education and Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

Skills Technical (Required & Preferred)

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Experience in distinguishing conforming and non-conforming product

Skills Interpersonal (Required)

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to identify inefficiencies and drive rigor to the process

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 20lbs maximum, Prolonged standing

Years of Experience (Required & Preferred)

6+ months of experience working in a manufacturing environment
1+ years of experience working in QC line inspection
