Operations Analyst
This position provides support for the initiation, implementation and management of operations-related projects and programs. This position performs various administrative duties in support of the Marketing and Research teams. The role may include budget planning and forecasting duties. This position follows a hybrid work schedule with three days in-office (Monday-Wednesday) and two-days remotely (Thursday-Friday).
Responsibilities to include:
Prepare and submit invoices for payment.
Help with the development and preparation of annual operations budgets and objectives.
Facilitate monthly Marketing Programs forecast meetings as needed.
Assist with the management of vendor relationships, including CPAs and related documentation such as contracts, bid waivers, etc.
Participate in operations and budget-related meetings and other meetings as required.
Help administer and maintain department-wide employee relations program, including volunteer events and team outings.
Assist with tracking and managing equipment and setting up workstations for new hires.
Identify and integrate continuous improvement components to increase efficiencies as needed.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
Qualifications:
4-year College Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent work experience required.
Budget/finance administration and project coordination experience preferred.
Professional verbal and written communication skills required.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
The candidate must be able to multi-task and prioritize projects effectively to meet key program deadlines on a consistent basis.
Proficient with MS Office, Google docs, and Sharepoint. Able to create clear & effective presentations and proficient with Spreadsheets (formulas, macros, and other automation capabilities are a plus)
Ability to manage & prioritize multiple projects, and effective at setting clear expectations around timelines & deliverables to senior leadership.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$66,560.00 - $82,000.00
Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
