In this role, the Executive Assistant (EA) will report to THV's Senior Vice President of Strategy and Marketing. The EA will assist in a dynamic, fast-paced and rewarding environment. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with executives and various levels throughout the organization, as well as managing confidential matters while exercising high levels of discretion and judgment. This role requires a proactive self-starter who possesses exceptional multi-tasking and communication skills, both oral and written. A high level of professionalism and flexibility are essential. You'll make an impact by...
· Proactively manage the SVP’s calendar, appointments, travel, office organization
· Use Concur expense reporting system for the SVP.
· Coordinate department meetings, plan internal/external events and manage special projects - - including support of annual National Sales Meeting (off-site) in additional to other offsite meetings.
· Proactively partner with IT, Facilities, Sales Training to create a white-glove onboarding experience for new hires within the SVP's organization (employee badging, cube and supply order, setup at workstations, etc.)
· Interact professionally with all levels of Edwards employees, customers and vendors
· Prepare, maintain, generate and process essential documents and records
· Provide administrative support to department to include: office supply orders, catering requests, processing of invoices (Coupa system), other duties as assigned
• Use all computer programs relevant to the position to support development of correspondence, presentations, such as tracking and charting metrics data, and to perform data entry and report generation in support of a department, significant organizational group, or executive level management
• Ensure the preparation of information, documents, and logistics for assigned department, significant organizational group, or executive level management
• Perform general administrative activities including screening and directing phone calls, filing as well as composing and typing general correspondence under limited direction
• Schedule domestic and international travel in compliance with existing policies and procedures, to optimize use of Executive's time and schedule
• Plan and execute meetings and events with some supervision
• Other incidental duties
What you'll need (Required):
H.S. Diploma or equivalent 6 years years experience directly related experience including executive administrative support Required

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including negotiating and relationship management skills
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and administrative requirements
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Ability to manage complex travel arrangements, in keeping with overall time commitments and in support of optimizing time management
• Completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways

For California, the base pay range for this position is $69,000 to $94,000 (highly experienced).
