Job Abstract

We are seeking a Project Assistant with electrical construction experience for an Irvine based company. The Project Assistant will work with the team on electrical construction projects. Prefer 2 years experience in estimating and Bluebeam software.

Direct Hire role

In-office

Flexible on Schedule - M-F (8-5 or 7-4 or 7:30 - 4:30)

$58-70k based on experience

Work Location: Irvine

Job Decription: Assistant to assist with administering electrical construction projects Assist PM with admin task relating to projects

Assist in generating of POs and tracking to budgets

Formulating Change Orders, Chasing approval and updating logs

Participate in monthly billings and coordinating with accounts department

Gather and Disburse information to and from the office, field and clients.

Track all purchases and deliveries keeping the project schedule in mind.

Assist the Project Manager & Field Staff in all phases and aspects of the project.

Develop critical relationships with clients, vendors, fellow subcontractors and site personnel

Attend job walks and inspections

Carry out tasks as required by Project Manager

Skills:

Professional experience in Electrical Construction industry

Experience in estimating and costing

Proficient in MS Office Excel is required

Experience with Bluebeam and other construction software tools

Knowledge and experience of Construction Projects

Will work with accounting, estimating and operations departments

Must be detail oriented and have good communication skills
