The Sales Support Specialist reports directly to the Regional Manager and is primarily responsible for managing a portfolio of businesses to provide the necessary support to agents to increase transactions, optimizing the Ria image and presence in core markets and assisting them with our money remittance platform.
• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) • 1-2 year of experience in sales support or field support preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish • Ability to travel within assigned territory daily, have a valid driver license, reliable transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the company and state law • Must possess basic computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office applications • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization • Ability to effectively communicate with management, co-workers and other departments • The key characteristics this individual must possess are strong interpersonal skills, willingness to work independently, detail oriented and always be team focused
