Essential Functions
of Position: Work with coaching staff to serve as coordinator of the mentor program and development speaker program. Assist with organizing community outreach and charity work. Work with coaching staff on Offensive/ Defensive analytics and quality control. Coordinate alumni events, summer camps, and other special events. Assist with daily recruiting processes within Football as allowed by the NCAA, including coordinating recruiting activities during official and unofficial visits to campus. Serve as a liaison with the Academic Support Center for Student Athletes, Football alumni, and student-athlete parents. Required
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree; two or more years related experience. Previous experience with a Division 1-A Football program preferred. Knowledge of NCAA and Conference Regulations. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Preferred: Masters Degree

& Abilities: Must be able to work a highly variable schedule including nights and weekends. Must be able to lift 30 - 50 pounds. Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication and organizational skills. Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Software including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Demonstrated problem solving, strong leadership, and team-building skills. Demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to supervise the maintenance and improvements of football facilities, including field preparation and readiness. Ability to liaise with the coaching staff for football officiating and rules, including University guidelines, American Athletic Conference guidelines, and NCAA rules. Ability to organize preseason training camp with regards to housing, meals, transportation, entertainment, speakers and presentations, officials, and daily schedule. Ability to assist with the coordination and execution of fundraising, donor, and fan events.
