We're seeking a results-oriented Manager of Internal Engagement to join our team! In this role, you'll leverage your program management expertise and awareness of engineering processes to design, implement, and continuously improve a best-in-class onboarding program, foster a culture of trusted communication, and develop engaging learning and development programs that drive collaboration and reinforce company values. You will report into the Director, Internal Strategic Engagement & Process as part of our Video Engineering organization.
Responsibilities:
Architect Open Communication: Establish and oversee a communication plan that fosters openness, including a centralized team calendar, engaging internal newsletters focused on video engineering news and advancements, and impactful quarterly Town Halls.
Empower Growth: Design and execute engaging virtual and in-person learning and development programs that build strong foundational skills, support role expectations, and create a pathway for team members to grow within video engineering and prepare for the next level.
Fast-Track Video Engineering Team Members: Develop and manage a comprehensive onboarding program specifically tailored to video engineering fundamentals, accelerating new hires' integration into the team and their path to becoming productive team members.
Curate the Video Engineering Knowledge Base: Oversee the creation and maintenance of internal team content libraries and intranet pages, ensuring they are accurate, up to date, and relevant to the team’s needs.
Master of Presentations: Craft compelling presentations tailored to all levels, from team leaders to C-suite executives, with content that spans strategic decks, roadmap summaries, and ad-hoc requests.
Drive Team Engagement: Develop and implement feedback mechanisms to capture video engineering team insights on projects, tools, and processes, and utilize data to inform engagement strategies.
Champion Collaboration: Partner strategically with HR, team leads, internal communications teams, and talent development to foster a cohesive and supportive team environment that prioritizes collaboration and knowledge-sharing specific to video engineering.
Qualifications
Proven experience (3-5 years) leading and managing complex programs.
2+ years of experience in:
Designing and implementing onboarding programs.
Employee recognition programs and initiatives.
Implementing procedures and processes.
Experience partnering with large cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence in a dynamic business environment.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience developing and implementing training programs.
Understanding of digital communication tools and platforms.
Preferably experienced working alongside, or within, video engineering or a relevant technical field.
