Issue and maintain purchase orders under the direction of the Production Operations Lead
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
·Responsible for accurate and on-time creation, validation, and maintenance of ALL (stock/sample/transfer) purchase orders (POs) and release to offices/agent/vendors. Use all available resources and partner with cross functional teams.
·Responsible for on-time delivery and PO fulfillment against metric by proactively partnering with agents/offices/vendors.
·Proactively troubleshoot and problem solve to prevent or resolve issues that could arise.
·Participate in team meetings within brands/category to discuss challenges and/or ongoing projects and collaborate on solutions to improve efficiencies.
·Drive & execute pre-classification process.
·Manage, prioritize, and provide timely resolution to high volume of daily email communication with internal and external partners.
·Execute ad hoc and reoccurring projects and work within the Production Operations organization as requests arise.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Production Operations Experience
Excellent math and analytical skills.
Must be a team player.
High adaptability and flexibility to changing business environments, able to work independently.
Detail-oriented and able to handle very structured process.
Proficient in Microsoft office (specifically Excel), analysis, familiar with multiple systems, charts and reports.
Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and problem-solving skills.
Candidates to have /with multiple brands, calendars & product categories exposure.
