Lincoln Electric is seeking an Agile Scrum Master for our Euclid, OH global headquarters. As an Agile Scrum Master specializing in Manufacturing Technology, you will play a critical role in facilitating agile practices and principles within our team, with a focus on supporting the Manufacturing Service Owner and Solution Architects. Leveraging your expertise in DevOps practices and methodologies, you will champion agile methodologies, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and drive the successful delivery of technology solutions supporting manufacturing operations. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams will ensure alignment with business objectives, streamline processes, and promote collaboration and innovation.

What You Will Do:

Scrum Master Leadership: Serve as a dedicated Scrum Master for technology initiatives supporting manufacturing operations, facilitating agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Agile Coaching and Mentoring: Coach and mentor teams and stakeholders on agile principles, practices, and methodologies, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with the Manufacturing Service Owner and Solution Architect to understand requirements, prioritize initiatives, and align technology solutions with business objectives.

DevOps Integration: Drive the integration of DevOps practices and principles within agile processes, promoting automation, collaboration, and continuous delivery to enhance the efficiency and reliability of technology solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring transparency, alignment, and shared understanding of project goals and priorities.

Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and eliminate waste within the technology delivery lifecycle, leveraging agile and DevOps practices.

Continuous Improvement: Lead efforts to continuously assess and improve team performance, processes, and practices through retrospectives, metrics analysis, and feedback mechanisms.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks and impediments to project success, proactively addressing issues and escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Required Experience & Education

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.

Proven experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in technology-focused environments, preferably within manufacturing or related industries.

Strong understanding of agile principles, practices, and methodologies, with practical experience implementing agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.

Experience with DevOps practices and methodologies, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automation tools.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
