Job Abstract

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to learn the UOM software for tasks of updating production information and keying data.
• Assists in compiling data associated with production audits and third-party audits.
• Work with field operators to correct FDC issues with tank gauges.
• Performs special projects as requested by production personnel.
• Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings.

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public.
• Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding administrative and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in the use and application of the following software: 
  • Required:  Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)

Education Requirements:

• Required: Graduation from a high school or GED equivalent.
• Preferred: Working on a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year university or college or related experience.
