Senior Field Marketing Specialist – Southern California (On-Site)
What Will You Do?
The Senior Specialist, Field Marketing works directly with the Senior Manager, Field Marketing, and other leadership team members to drive the development and execution of Field Marketing support within their assigned region. They will demonstrate extreme ownership and accountability over their area and have the ability to jump from strategy to execution where needed. As the Senior Specialist, Field Marketing, they will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our retail stores. They will be responsible for executing various marketing initiatives to drive traffic and sales, as well as building a strong relationship with our store teams.
- Develop, execute, and measure marketing plans that support the company's sales objectives, including but not limited to Store Grand Openings/Re-Openings, 5-6 store events per month, 1-2 community events per month, and 1 experiential activation locally per quarter within their designated region.
- Build strong relationships with the regional store teams to provide resources and act as the link between corporate marketing and the store regional staff.
- Study the local market, create regional playbooks and conduct competitive shopping research to stay up to date on the latest trends in retail marketing and provide local insights to drive continuous improvement across the region.
- Coordinate the Marketing Intake Request form from stores in their region to assist them in asset development for prospecting support.
- Work closely with store teams to ensure alignment and buy-in for the marketing plans and events.
- Make at least 2 store visits per week to build rapport and knowledge of the stores within their region and conduct store surveys to ensure marketing materials within stores is up to date with corporate standards.
- Execute and ensure flawless execution of all marketing initiatives within your region.
- Manage the budget and timelines for their local marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of initiatives and report results to the management team.

What Do You Need?
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Required
- Field Marketing experience, Preferred
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience, Required
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Work independently as well as in a team environment
- Document management system
