The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services team:
Enterprise Services is RTX’s shared services engine. By partnering with the businesses and functions, the Enterprise Services group creates value by providing a comprehensive set of business and digital services that ultimately drive new levels of growth and profitability for the company.
Part of the Enterprise Services organization, the Strategy & Transformation team is leading a multi-year effort to leverage the scale of RTX through increased adoption of services provided by Enterprise Services.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will join us as an Operations Lead, providing program management support to the Digital Service Adoption Team. In this role, the candidate will engage collaboratively across Enterprise Services and Business Units to ensure program objectives are met, implementation efforts are completed and future state goals are realized. This position works closely with external partners and Digital subject-matter experts.
Key responsibilities include:
Establish and execute world class Program Management processes in support of the Digital Service Adoption initiative, including project planning, integrated master schedule and budget management, and risk identification and mitigation
Serve as primary point of contact between the Digital Service Adoption Program Office and Project teams, maintaining strong alignment and assisting in issue resolution as needed
Drive Digital Service Adoption Program Office and Project teams successful adherence to established Transformation Playbook and gated decision process
Develop robust, standardized templates and program materials to support leadership reviews including artifact creation and formal approval documents
Lead program-level and project-level operational review meetings, ensuring critical project dependencies are identified and resolved
Prepare and deliver presentations to senior level executives
Qualifications You Must Have
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
Excellent oral and written communications skills, team building and change management experience and able to work with minimum direct supervision.
Ability to influence development of project objectives and goals.
Ability to collaborate daily with a cross functional team in a robust matrix environment.
Demonstrates initiative, persistence and creativity in problem solving.
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

Minimum Program Qualifications
To qualify for the RTX Re-Empower Program, candidates should:

The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
