What YOU'LL do:This position is responsible for overseeing Digital Banking, Branches, and Contact Center - all member facing departments. You will be responsible for the overall member experience and provide leadership, motivation, and direction to Directors, Managers and staff through coaching and mentoring employees to strive for excellence. You will monitor trends and changes in the retail and contact center landscape, both within and outside the financial services industry to look for new innovative ways to serve our members. You will develop a strategic vision for the digital banking, branch network and contact center aligned to the credit union's strategic plan. You will:Establish and implement strategies that have mid- to long-term (3-5 years) impact on business results in alignment with organization objectives. Drive the digital-transformation aspects of Stanford FCU digital banking, contact center and branch network to continually evolve with market, industry, and societal changes. Articulate a vision for the future of the retail service delivery aligned to our brand purpose and strategic plan, gain consensus on the vision, and develop action plans to realize the vision. Instill the importance of high-quality member experience and infuse frontline staff and the broader organization with a member service mindset.
