Job Abstract

At Kelly® we are seeking a Customer Service Representative to work at a premier chemical company, in Pittsburgh, PA.

Pay Rate: $25-30 an hour pending expereince
Schedule- Mon-Fri (8 hour days)

Customer Service Representativee:
• Processing customer orders in the SAP system to ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinating shipping and delivery between customers and plants
• Reviewing requests for special pricing and submitting price requests with zero errors
• Investigating and resolving customer deductions and reporting inventory shortages
• Registering customer complaints and providing corrective actions

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a BS degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain with 5 years of related experience (equivalent experience will be considered)
• Possess a proficient working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP in a manufacturing environment
• Have strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Excel in problem-solving, persuasion, negotiation, and conflict resolution
• Can quickly grasp general business and market information
• Have international logistics operations experience and knowledge of export compliance regulations (a plus)
