Job Duties: Assures that all buildings, grounds, and utilities are in good condition.Assures that all fire extinguishing equipment is maintained according to insurance company recommendations.Provides labor and supervision for timely completion of facility projects.Prepares appropriate documents for economic justifications regarding facility projects.Participates in all management meetings concerning tactical and strategic planning as it relates to the facility.Prepares budget and reports on adherence to performance plans.
