Job Summary:
Support the Business for all projects related to SAP, Power BI, and Kinaxis. The duties include but are not limited to: Functional process setup and configuration, implementation, and production support. Key Responsibilities:-
Review SAP data integrity for assigned work centers, materials, and resources.
Analyze inventory levels ensuring an uninterrupted supply of parts while maintaining optimal inventory levels, along with ensuring customer reliability and meeting target inventory turns.
Responsible to develop tools to better analyze plans for both internal and external production resources required to support customer delivery schedules.
Prepare standard reports and assist complex analysis to develop recommendations in support of achieving business objectives.
Interact with various departments and levels within the organization.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide key stakeholders with actionable insights.
Develop system processes and their respective required documentation.
Identify and analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Automate manual tasks using tools and technologies to improve productivity and data accuracy.
Application Knowledge:-
Planning or scheduling experience
Developing dashboards and/or applications
Data engineering/architecture
Preferred:-
Cross functional business knowledge
Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
Experience with SAP
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g.,Power BI).
Proficient in Microsoft Office
