THE ROLE:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator Specialist to join our vibrant marketing team at Herbalife. In this role, you will craft engaging and informative content across multiple social media platforms to elevate our brand's digital presence and connect meaningfully with our North America audience. Your work will directly contribute to the shaping of our brand's image and the strengthening of our online community.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
• Develop and execute a social media content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns and company objectives.
• Create high-quality, original content including graphics, videos, and text tailored for each social media platform.
• Monitor social media trends and leverage insights to optimize content strategy and increase engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm innovative content ideas that promote brand identity and product awareness.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders to help support company initiatives.
• Analyze social media performance metrics to guide future content development strategies.
• Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers to ensure deliverables meet Herbalife’s standards and deadlines.
• Participate in team meetings and provide creative input to enhance departmental projects and goals.
• Stay updated with the latest digital technologies and social media best practices to keep Herbalife at the forefront of digital marketing.
• Traveling for events and working on some weekends is required.

Qualifications
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• Proven experience of 5 years in social media content creation, preferably in the health, wellness, or nutrition industry.
• Strong graphic design, video editing, and photography skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and Photoshop, and familiarity with DSLR cameras and lighting setups.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with an ability to adapt style and tone for different platforms and audiences.
• Demonstrable ability to analyze data and social media metrics to improve strategy and content.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong understanding of video production processes, including filming techniques, framing, and effective use of audio, ensuring high-quality visual content.
• Comfortable and confident both behind the camera and in front of it, capable of engaging with audiences through on-screen presence as well as producing content.
• Workfront, Microsoft Teams, Workplace, and Enterprise Employee Recognition Platforms.
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of experience.
