Job Description:
The Telehealth Engage Program Supervisor is part of the broader ElaraConnect Platform and telehealth initiative, and assists with the management, coordination, and supervision of services to Engage clients in a safe, cost-effective manner. The incumbent is responsible for customer relations, healthcare alert triaging, virtual healthcare processing, taking referrals, data entry, answering inquiries, and disseminating information about the agency as the incumbent works to establish and maintain effective and efficient systems to support the Engage Program mission and values. This position will assist the Senior Manager of Clinical Services in providing education and training related to Engage program specifics with new employee during precepting phase of new hire orientation. This position assists with daily virtual operations of the agency, including coordinating referrals, virtual healthcare processing, and maintaining communication between Clinical Supervisor’s and the agency.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- EDUCATION: Graduate from an accredited LPN program.
- EXPERIENCE: Minimum one (2) years of experience in a home health care setting. Prior management experience required. Experience in surgical nursing, critical care, and Homecare Homebase EMR are preferred.
- CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE: Current State License as Licensed Practical Nurse.?

- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid payment guidelines and third-party payors is preferred
- Demonstrates problem solving skills, organizational skills, and an attention to detail
- Nursing skills as defined by accepted nursing standards
- Demonstrates commitment, professional growth, and competency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate computer equipment, FAX, and photocopy machines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry skills
- Responds to suggestion constructively and is skilled in conflict resolution
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and telehealth
- Knowledge of Homecare Homebase, a plus knowledge of healthcare industry is preferred
- TRANSPORTATION: Reliable transportation in case of in-office meetings or other reasonable requests to be in office for daily tasks
- TRAVEL: Occasional travel to local office for in-office meetings is possible.
- HEALTH STATUS: Meets all applicable agency policies and procedures related to health screening and required testing.
