CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience Required: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field 5+ years in Information Technology field with a minimum of: 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM, ITOM and/or ITSM 2+ years’ experience gathering, analyzing, and communicating requirements for complex enhancements 2+ years’ experience in systems administration and/or configuration management ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – IT Asset Management Certification or equivalent Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of working effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
