Opportunity: Medical Staff Office Assistant

Position summary:

The Medical Staff Office Assistant (MSO assistant) works with leadership to ensure that residents and students are properly on-boarded with respective authorities. Works with the Medical Staff Office to promote events and activities for the medical staff. Assists leadership with meetings and maintains provider record accuracy. Responsible for documentation and onboarding of medical students and resident rotators for multiple disciplines. Assist with clerical duties and meetings, maintains accuracy of documents as needed. Organize CME events for the healthcare facility.

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent education is required.

Required length and type of experience:

• 1-2 years of Administrative Assistant experience or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams
