Highly skilled in customer/Client communication, collaboration, and negotiation.
Able to provide exceptional insight for effective design and print/web production.
What you will do:
Work independently and collaboratively with Leadership, Clients, peers and cross-functional Teams on strategy, inspiration, and development of successful projects and processes.
Provide motivation, mentorship, and expertise, researching new methods as needed.
Monitor and ensure integrity of all projects in regards to viability, originality, quality, and adherence to project requirements and Department/Corporate Brand Standards.
Negotiate and establish realistic expectations for resources, goals, and project timelines.
Provide art direction and feedback to team members effectively and positively.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field required
1 or more years of comparable work experience required
Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills
Proficient Mac skills
