Experience with contract negotiations preferred.
Skills necessary to successfully interact with responsiveness to the board, superintendent, staff and community members on financial issues.
Ability to develop and nurture ongoing relationships with stakeholders.
Engage the community at in person meetings and other communications as requested by the Board of Education to clearly communicate the financial health and challenges of the district.
Positive personality with a high degree of integrity, honesty, enthusiasm, energy and dedication.
Character and professionalism that reflects well upon the school district.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Supervise and coordinate the work of Treasurer’s office staff.
Hold an Ohio School Treasurers license.
Experience as a treasurer in an Ohio public school district is preferred.
Successful BCII and FBI background checks prior to employment.
SALARY AND CONTRACT:
The successful candidate will be offered a multi-year contract. The salary will be regionally competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package is included.
