Adecco is currently assisting a client recruiting for Loss Prevention Auditor to work in their Distribution Center in Compton, CA (not a remote role). This is a long-term opportunity with temp-hire potential for the right candidate. Pay Rate of $17/hr. 10am-6:30pm Monday- Friday! Must be able to work OT and weekends as needed.
The Loss Prevention Auditor supports and assists the Loss Prevention Supervisor. Will be responsible for observing daily routine activities within the Processing and Service Center through a series of physical audits. Will be responsible for informing the Loss Prevention Supervisors of all unusual situations, which pertain to Loss Prevention and the Processing and Service Center.

Responsibilities:
Perform analysis and review store accounting, inventory, and transaction data to detect issues and ensure that policies and programs to reduce loss are implemented.
Evaluates processes and procedures to identify internal control weaknesses that could result in loss and recommends procedures and programs to remediate weaknesses and mitigate losses.
Discover and document facts by conducting basic investigations into associate dishonesty or policy violations.
Conducts indoor and outdoor physical safety and security checks of multiple areas.
Maintain logs and prepares reports as necessary.
Perform other duties as required or directed.
Requirements:
Must be able to stand and walk outdoors and indoors for prolonged times.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Must have a source of transportation because at times they will be traveling to other buildings.
Open availability must be able to work any shift and to work OT and weekends as needed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, multitasker, with a professional demeanor.
Must be flexible in job duties.
Bilingual Spanish a plus
