The position demands a comprehensive grasp of account compliance, POS analytics, and ERP systems to ensure accurate data management, timely shipments, and budget alignment. Additionally, it involves collaboration with finance for receivables and forecasting to meet sales targets and profit margins.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee key account programs, focusing on growth and management within U.S. sales channels.

- Strategize and execute account plans aligning with company goals.

- Collaborate with retail partners on marketing for new product launches.

- Understand buyer behavior to tailor product offerings.

- Foster strong relationships with key account stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with account requirements and facilitate sales completion.

- Analyze sales data to inform decisions and manage risks.

- Utilize ERP system for accurate account data and timely shipments.

- Work with finance to manage timely and accurate receivables.

- Forecast product needs to meet sales targets and profit margins.

- Review sell-through reports to optimize business opportunities.

Skills/Experience

- Over 5 years of experience in mid to mass-account sales

- Essential experience in the consumer product industry

- Preferred experience in the toy industry or with mission-driven brands

- Skilled in developing and executing promotional sales programs with major retailers

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

- Knowledgeable in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems

- Willingness to undertake international and air travel, including overnight stays

- Bachelor's degree is required
