The Production Shift Supervisor will supervise hourly employees in the continuous operation of the plant's production activities with a focus on safety, quality, continuous process improvements, and production efficiencies.
The Production Shift Supervisor will:
Monitor job change progress and assist in quality decisions
Input key shift performance indicators into production databases
Audit for process control and enforce standardized work
Ensure that employees are trained and are knowledgeable of department procedures
The Production Shift Supervisor should have:
Experience working in a 24/7 manufacturing facility
Strong background with scheduling (people, operations, logistics, preventative maintenance)
Proven ability to coach, motivate, and lead hourly employees
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent is required
Must be able to work an 8 hour, rotating schedule (with weekend and holiday requirements)
At least 1 year of experience supervising people and leading processes in a manufacturing environment

Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is between $83,000 - $95,000 and includes a possible 12% quarterly incentive bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
