About Us
Security Risk Operation Center applies risk-based prioritization while focusing on scalability and operational excellence.ROC drives a cohesive strategy to address risk across our business, optimizing the delivery of targeted initiatives to remediate risk by centralizing resources, teams, and deliverables to drive economies of scale.
What you will be doing:
Assist with System vulnerability assessments and drive remediation of control deficiencies and gaps identified internally and externally
Build strong relationships with business partners and facilitate continuous improvement aligned with operational processes
Deliver accurate and practical compliance guidance and direction to internal partners.
Be a technical driver for security operational work with an understanding of common security operational processes
Ensure data is collected to inform decision-making for mitigating risks and resolving issues appropriately.
Seeking out opportunities to automate processes when appropriate
What you should have:
A related technical degree required
2+years of professional experience related to Product Security
Knowledge of common security vulnerabilities as published by OWASP, SANS, etc
Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures of security, and can resolve a variety of basic to moderately complex issues.
Knowledge of public cloud technology (AWS / GCP)
Knowledge of SAST/DAST and IAST tools
A passion for improving security, systems, and processes
Ability to work with multiple customers, context switch, learn fast, and communicate well
Outstanding detail-oriented organizational skills, being data-driven, and experience with creating reporting and dashboard
Experience with writing scripts and automation (Python, Go, Shell, etc)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required, preferred Master in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $125,700 to $172,800.
For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $137,100 to $188,600.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
