Job Description:
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule, and budget.
Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
Work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance check-ups.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software tools.
Pay Details: $58,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
