Job Abstract

• Operate and monitor rivet machines to produce components according to specifications.

• Load programs into machines, set work offsets, and adjust tool heights.
\t
• Conduct regular quality checks using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
\t
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance.
\t
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production.
\t
• Manage inventory of rivets and other necessary materials, placing orders as required.
\t
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
\t
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly production targets.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machining or a related field is preferred.
\t
• Minimum of 3 years experience operating specialized rivet machines or similar precision machinery.
\t
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
\t
• Understanding of machine operations, tool setup, and precision measurement techniques.
\t
• Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
\t
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
