This position is 100% Remote in the United States.
What we are looking for:
The Senior Proposal Coordinator supports proposal efforts through administrative- and research-related duties. The Senior Proposal Coordinator provides hands-on support to a proposal team throughout the proposal process to include attending and supporting proposal meetings, compiling, editing, and writing resumes, project descriptions, and other qualifications, coordinating graphics and desktop publishing functions, and anything else required to create a compliant, winning proposal.
We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced, and capable proposal coordinators, experienced in the types of requests for proposals/requests for qualifications (RFPs/RFQs) typically received from State & Local or Federal entities and/or investor-owned utilities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, and the ability to take direction and prioritize multiple simultaneous tasks, all while demonstrating a professional demeanor, flexible attitude, and an enthusiasm for producing highly strategic and thoughtful work within a complex business environment.
What you will be doing:
• Work with technical teams to develop the proposal plan and template based on RFP/RFQ requirements
• Gather relevant resumes and project descriptions from across the organization in a timely manner and modify them per proposal requirements and approved templates
• Participate in resume reviews with project managers to ensure they highlight relevant information, showcase required experience, and are compliant to solicitation requirements
• Contribute to other proposal sections as needed, including writing non-technical sections or contributing to qualifications statements
• Take meeting notes and monitor action item follow through
• Perform the regular upkeep of online proposal portals and proposal team working sites
• Assist as needed with the submission of required proposal forms
• May develop compliance matrices and support color team reviews, and coordinate production
• Provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively with internal clients, external business partners, and proposal managers
• Meet project deadlines
• Assist with other team projects such as maintaining and updating databases and SharePoint sites, as needed

Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience in a professional setting.
• 2+ years of experience with government/commercial proposal preparation and production in a consulting environment.
• 2+ years’ experience in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of SharePoint and MS Teams a plus.
• Experience with writing or editing a plus.
• Bachelor's degree with preferred specialization in Communications, English, Journalism, Business or related field.

• Highly responsive and able to identify and address high-priority tasks
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:
$57,737.00 - $98,153.00
