We are currently seeking a full-timeCompliance Data Analyst to join our Corporate Contract Performance Management team. This position is fully remote.
The Compliance Data Analyst develops and implements systems, policies, and procedures for the identification, collection, and analysis of contract and litigation-driven performance measures that assures information collected is based on objective unbiased methodology. Completes frequent analysis of client and company audit results to identify trends and improve performance measures reducing liquidated damages. Design and development of dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate their findings to Company’s executive leadership on contract and litigation-driven performance measures. Works closely with the Director of Contract Performance Management Corp, in the design, development, and implementation of the contract performance management program. Additional, duties include assisting CQI, legal, clinical operations and all departments with a variety of risk management activities to promote improved day-to-day operations of the program through performance improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in in a technical discipline preferred.
Prior experience in healthcare, or mental health preferred.
Minimum of two years of experience in health information, quality, utilization, or risk management preferred.
Three to five years of experience with data analytics and visualization tools, including but not limited to Tableau, Power BI, Excel Power Query.
Experience with object-oriented programming languages and relational database systems
Experience in Python or R programming libraries for data analytics applications.
Experience using Microsoft SQL Server, MS ASP.Net, MS SharePoint
Experience in multiple EHR management systems or ability to quickly learn new EHR systems.
Experience with business applications for corporate groups such as Finance and Human Resources
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills required
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with varied levels of management, clinical and administrative staff required
Knowledge of statistics, data collection, analysis, and data visualization.
Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
Experience in correctional environment preferred.
