DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Frontline resource within the HR office to address questions, inquiries and provide HR support services to employees and the management team. Ensure company policies, procedures and practices are communicated and applied.
- Recruitment/Staffing:
- Establish strong rapport with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, determine best recruiting process for assigned position(s) and fill vacancies in a timely manner. Provide guidance to the hiring managers through the recruitment process where needed.
- Full cycle recruiting: Process job requisitions through Workday applicant tracking system, post and advertise jobs, review and update job descriptions, screen online applications, schedule and conduct interviews (phone and in-person), collect personnel documentation, extend offers, conduct background checks, and manage on-boarding process.
- Analyze turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs and make recommendations to proactively respond to trends, Affirmative Action Plan goals, to strategically build TTM’s talent pipeline.
- Use traditional and non-traditional resources, such as career fairs, online social media avenues, community network events, and partnering with schools and community colleges, to develop constructive relationships with professional, educational and other external organizations to strengthen community partnerships to identify and attract quality candidates, establishing a talent pipeline.
- Design and deliver training and tools to managers on topics to support recruitment/staffing, including, but not limited to, effective interviewing & best practices.
- Represent the company at job fairs and college campuses.
- Develop advertising programs (internal and external), working with Corporate Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams, to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
- Manage internal applications, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, offer letters, etc.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain timely feedback regarding recruiting process.
- Coordination of new hire pre-employment process, paperwork and conduct new hire orientation.
- Coordination of new hire paperwork and presenting new hire orientation.
- Systems: Maintain Workday HRIS system with accurate current information.
- Meet weekly and monthly deadlines including staffing and other reports, organizational chart and HR updates.
- Assist with Kronos payroll approval/close.
- Provide assistance with employee relations investigations, as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Knowledge of HR and employment laws is required.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques, including experience in online/social media recruiting preferred.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism required.
- Experience with employee relations and investigations a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to act in professional manner at all times, calm, flexible, resilient, solution oriented and creative.
- Cross-cultural sensitivity, knowledge of and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook. WorkDay and Kronos systems experience a plus!

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively both in groups as well as independently.
- Demonstrated sensitivity and discretion when handling confidential information.

- 2 years prior full cycle recruiting experience within a manufacturing environment desired.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
