The Groundskeeper is responsible for the grounds maintenance around the Casino, Parking Structures, and all parking areas.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in promoting brand loyalty by engaging in exceptional customer service to both our external and internal customers.
Cleans trash/debris from around the Casino, in the Parking Structures, street, easements, and parking areas.
Conducts general housekeeping duties
Operate equipment such as auto scrubbers, bonnets, scissor lift forklifts etc.
Pressure wash driveways, walkways, columns, etc.
Paint exterior areas as needed.
General Housekeeping in the Parking Structures and Facility perimeter.
Removes and replaces trash liners. Wash trash receptacles. Clean and replace sand in ashtrays
Cleans any emergency accidents/spills such as transmission fluid, engine oil, fuel, etc.
Keeps all chemicals in assigned areas with proper labeling (SDS)
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
Education/Experience/Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum one (1) year experience
Certificates/Licenses/Registrations
At the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission you may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
A qualified candidate/employee must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record as determined by the company’s insurance carrier.
