Minimum Qualifications
A High School Diploma or GED is required. A Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or a closely related field from an accredited four year college or university is required. The equivalent of one year of full time paid graphic arts experience is required. (Substitutions: Two years of professional experience may substitute for each year of college education lacking. Two years of a graphic design internship with industry-related graphic design experience may substitute for the year of paid experience.) Proficiency with current graphic design software programs is required. (e.g.: QarkXPress, PageMaker, Freehand, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)

Expertise in current graphic design and photography editing software (Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.), current video editing software (Adobe Creative Cloud: Premiere, After Effects, etc.), photography and video hardware, and audio hardware.
Expertise in Mac OS, Windows OS, or both.
A strong portfolio of work exhibiting fluency and creativity using graphics, photo, and video editing software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Experience with following brand standards is critical.
Ability to grow from constructive feedback is essential.
Proficiency with all social media channels and designing captivating content for web, social and other mobile platforms is preferred.
Shooting, editing, and adding computer graphics and special effects to video footage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Requirements 5+ years of paid working experience in a professional design setting. Experience with graphic design and production principles and processes. Experience in camera operation, location and set management audio, sound editing and mixing proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, After Effects, etc.) Experience developing strategic visual content for social media.
