Key Skills:
Experience in the Medical Device industry – Mandatory.
Sales Cloud expertise.
Experience implementing CRM tools; Salesforce, MS Dynamics 365, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.
Prior experience in conducting CRM Assessments.
Responsibilities:
Manage a CRM assessment to provide a detailed and comprehensive evaluation of the current CRM application's health, quality, and performance, develop business requirements that align with the business objectives, and conduct CRM software evaluations.
Responsible for conducting an assessment. Performing a CRM assessment involves assessing the company's current CRM software, compare its feature set to the organization's needs to identify potential data gaps and inefficiencies, and conduct a CRM software selection process.
o Assess current CRM program effectiveness. o Manage compliance and regulations. o Identify inefficiencies and gaps. o Plan for improvements.
Responsible for requirement gathering, documentation, interviewing stakeholders, etc.
Develop a roadmap / the best path forward for the organization based on these assessment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in CRM Assessments, Software Evaluation and Implementations.
Ability to conduct requirement gathering, create documentation, and interview stakeholders, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.
