Manager, Project Management - Upmarket & Premium Marketing

The Premium & Upmarket Marketing Delivery & Transformation Team is looking for a Manager, Project Management to oversee delivery of the ~200 marketing campaigns that the team sends to customers each year. 

This role will help support the following key objectives:

• Maximize marketing output leveraging allocated creative and analytical staffing

• Increase on-time and error-free marketing delivery

• Create transparency for partner teams regarding project status, delays, and errors

The associate in this role will serve as a central point of contact on the marketing delivery process for marketing strategists and business teams. They will manage monthly prioritization of projects to maximize output with allocated staffing from partner teams, including creative agencies, content designers, and data analysts. This associate will develop reports on delivery volume, project statuses, delays, and errors. Additionally, this associate will support implementation of process changes to increase speed to market, as well as adapting planning and prioritization as needed.

General Responsibilities:

• Leading moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and direct reports.

• Designing, developing, and managing project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements

• Ensuring projects are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time.

• Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent

• Partnering cross-functionally with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery

• Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments

• Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project / program efforts

• Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment.

• Display a passion for coaching and developing a team of associates through their leadership style

• Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes

• Candidates should have experience coordinating project delivery through multiple stakeholders. 

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
• At least 7 years of Project Management experience
• At least 1 year of People Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters / MBA degree
• At least 8 years of Project Management experience
• At least 3 years of People Management experience
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
