We are looking for a passionate Program Managerto lead an amazing team of disrupters. The Program Manager will be responsible for leading cross functional and technical teams to drive projects from conceptual design feasibility through requirements, budget, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Provides visibility into delivery targets, commitments, and progress
Creates Roadmaps and Milestone charts for the project
Be well managed – understand and coach the team on delivery controls, compliance to minimize operational, and reputational risk
Understands domain architecture and targets to identify upstream and downstream dependencies and to support the team in risk management
Proactively identifies impediments and appropriately resolves using network of peers and formal channels (including escalation if required)
Integrates Agile and Lean principles into team practices and work products
Coaches Product Owner and team on backlog refinement and prioritization
Coaches the team to improve collaboration and self-organization
Utilizes team feedback and metrics (quality, delivery rate, etc.) to identify areas of opportunity and works with team to continuously improve
Assess the current organization and delivery environment and recommend optimal Agile practices tailored to the client
We need more than just a coach, we need someone who will also roll up their sleeves and deliver too.
Innovates with practices and frameworks through experimentation to improve the team and their delivery
Developing understanding and encouragement of team’s innovation and improvement
Prepare and deliver effective communications both verbally and orally regarding progress and status for both internal and client teams
Perform hands-on project work, including analysis, design and change management, as needed by the project
Qualifications

Coaches Product Owner and team on backlog refinement and prioritization
Coaches the team to improve collaboration and self-organization
Proven experience of leading the deployment of enterprise and custom Software solutions in client environments
Demonstrated ability to influence and consult while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems
Assess the current organization and delivery environment and recommend optimal Agile practices tailored to the client
Proven experience growing and selling while delivering
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills
Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
Proven team player and team builder
Strong organizational and analytical skills
10+ Years working in technology
5+ Years leading in consulting services
A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and a proven background in consulting and project management
PMP, Scrum Master certification required
Federal Clearance Preferred (Ability get one is required)
Located in Washington, DC Metro area
Preferred
Experience working with Human Center Design
Experience with one or more clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure, Oracle)
Experience working in a Health Science Program
