Description of Position:
Do you have experience as a Sanitation Technician? Our client is looking for a dedicated Sanitation Technician to join their team. This role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the facility, ensuring the production of high-quality products. As a Sanitation Technician, you will:
Understand the composition and purpose of all chemicals at the facility.
Practice proper methods of titration regarding said chemicals.
Read and understand all SOPs and equipment manuals related to CIP and sanitation.
Keep an accurate inventory of all chemicals to ensure a minimum 3-month supply.
Track wastewater and plan for pickups to prevent spills and delays.
Execute proper CIP protocol
Operate the boiler and execute CIP safely.
Adjust sanitation practices based on ATP, allergen, and pathogen testing results.
