- Graduate of a Council on Accreditation (COA) accredited program in nurse anesthesia - Currently credentialed as an APRN (Nurse Anesthetist) by the Florida Board of Nursing - Currently certified/recertified as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) - A doctorate in nursing degree - Five years of experience as a CRNA - Experience teaching research, pediatrics, and obstetrics
