CACI is looking for an Executive Director, Supply Chain Management (SCM). This position reports directly to the Senor Vice President of Supply Chain and Purchasing and is aligned to support all business Sectors within the Corporation and will also serve as the SCM lead for the National Security and Innovations (NSIS) business Sector.
What You’ll Get to Do:
- Lead the Corporate SCM organization overseeing all enterprise-wide supply chain efforts.
- Participate as member of the NSIS business Sector leadership team as the Executive Director representing Supply Chain. The company’s product development and manufacturing efforts are primarily focused within the NSIS business sector.
- Build and execute a creative supply chain business strategy that creates innovative solutions and delivers growth in new and existing markets.
- Play a major leadership role and provide subject matter expertise (SME) support to an on-going enterprise wide MRP & PLM implementation project.
- Coordinate with business executives on supply chain strategies that deliver business results.
- Optimize inventory by developing an inventory management plan in support of corporate objectives through the Sales, Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) process.
- Lead, implement, and maintain an approve Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS) for the corporation.
- Develop and support the front end of the business SCM activities, including forecasting & planning, supplier risk management & optimization, supplier management strategies, and return material authorization.
- Provide SME and oversight of warehouse and inventory management, transportation, packaging and handling.
- Participate in Program Performance Reviews, Risk & Opportunity Reviews, and Product Engineering Reviews.
- Embrace and leverage technology (AI, Multi-sided Platforms, Cloud, IOT) to implement efficiencies that deliver growth and improved profits across the corporation.
- Develop and maintain Supply Chain related policies and procedures for use across the enterprise.
- Develop, mentor, and manage a large and diversly located team of SCM personnel.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and executing supply chain planning and forecasting, inventory management and logistics optimization strategies for multiple product-based organizations within the company.
- Creating, managing, and executing a compelling Supply Chain vision and strategy, gaining buy in from executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Overall ownership of manufacturing related supplier management processes including supplier performance, critical supplier management, SCM metrics, international issues, Make/Buy strategy, strategic agreements, and communication of customer flow through requirements such as FAR/DFARS, ITAR, offset, public law, quality, warranty, etc.
- Focusing on profitable growth. Applying a strong understanding of financial measures, including cost management strategies, budgeting, and forecasting. Driving CACI supply chain and manufacturing into a competitive discriminator and revenue generator.
- Developing and leading supply chain proposal activities including task descriptions and bases of estimates.
- Supporting and executing risk/opportunity plans to meet program objectives.
- Will work with SBLO and small business office to Identify and develop opportunities for small business participation.
- Developing, monitoring and proactively addressing performance and financial metrics including those related to cost, schedule, and quality.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business, or related field.
- Minimum of 15 years directly related work experience in Supply Chain Management or closely related field with an emphasis in manufacturing and product development.
- Deep understanding of contract manufacturing and supply chain processes and technologies, including lean manufacturing, process improvement, logistics, quality control, and costing. Ability to drive and deliver operational excellence.
- Strong supplier management, financial, contracting, sourcing and negotiating experience along with prior project management responsibilities.
- Requires a strong leader with demonstrated project management and critical thinking skills.
- Proven track record of running large, complex product focused Supply Chain organizations.
- Self-starter, capable of developing and achieving organizational and business objectives with the ability to successfully interface with all levels of corporate, sector and functional management through a combination of diplomacy and tact.
- Experience understanding global supply chain dynamics and their potential impacts on the company’s manufacturing capabilities and the ability to meet customer commitments.
- Knowledge of ISO-9001/AS9100, CMMI, and strong understanding of MMAS.
- Experience leading a diverse team located at multiple sites across the US.
- Understanding of government regulations (i.e.: FAR / DFARS, ITAR / EAR, TINA, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.
- Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance within one year of start date.
- U.S. Citizenship is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Master’s degree
- Active Top-Secret clearance.
- Experience with Supply Chain PLM and MRP suite of tools, Infor LN in particular.
- Experience running a large-scale product design, engineering and contract manufacturing organization.
- Experience with DoD contracting, subcontracting, and/or procurement processes.

$131,900 - $290,100
