CACI is seeking a motivated leader for a Program Integrator III opportunity in the Fort Meade, Maryland area.
You will use your professional experience in Program Integration to assist individual Program Managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership with monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio. You will perform holistic analysis across multiple contracts and government activities to identify cost, schedule and performance concerns for a program or initiative. Qualified candidates will have a current TS/SCI with Poly, excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and will thrive at performing contract analysis. This position is ultimately responsible for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Program Integrator area of responsibility. What You'll Get to Do:
Utilize established acquisition and financial management policies, procedures, regulations and tools.
Draft acquisition and program documents such as TTOs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Risk Management Plans, program schedules, Technical CICA memorandums, and Acquisition Strategies.
Provide financial and summary reports on the program elements to GPMs at the program level and assist with the allocation and tracking of resources; recommend funding adjustments as appropriate (contract staffing, facilities, and budgets).
Provide support to GPMs to assure execution within the cost, schedule, and performance baselines. Utilize program management tools (e.g., Plan-It, MS Excel) to assist GPM with planning, documenting, executing, and reporting of all program details (e.g., spend plans), for both current year (FY) and out-years (FYDP).
Advise in the interpretation and tailoring of DOD acquisition regulations/memorandums, and ensure affordable, supportable and effective systems are delivered to the customer.
Assist program managers in developing program and acquisition documentation, creating program schedules, tracking program status, evaluating operational and technical alternatives, performing risk assessment and managing integrated product teams.
Provide assistance in acquisition process improvement initiatives.
Provide oversight and compliance review of acquisition documentation at all levels of preparation.
Create reports to support program management function.
You'll bring these qualifications:
Current TS/SCI with Poly.
Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management + business focused bachelor degree, OR
Fifteen (15) years' experience + Contract Manager CPCM certification or DAWIA Level I in both Contracting and Program Management without a degree, OR
Eighteen (18) directly related experience without a degree or certifications.
Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
