Job Description
Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
Maintain a safe and secure work environment by adhering to company safety policies and protocols.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues that arise during construction.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.
Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, daily reports, and progress photos.

The Successful Applicant
Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
Experience in healthcare, data center, or commercial interiors projects preferred.
MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) knowledge and experience preferred.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
