Provides a wide range of support within the Trust department. Performs clerical tasks related to the administration of trust accounts.
What You'll Do
- Provides a wide range of support within the Trust department.
- Performs clerical tasks related to the administration of trust accounts for which the institution acts as trustee, depositor or agent.
- Assists Trust Officers on less sensitive accounts or specific assets within accounts.
- Makes recommendations to administrators and officers regarding issues.
- Assists in the preparation of court appearances and audits.
- Assures file documentation is maintained and current.
- Follows functional area’s processes and procedures in daily activities, troubleshoots as needed and recommends suggestions for continuous improvements to overall operations.
- Actively contributes to the results of a team and works toward achieving goals and objectives.
What You'll Bring
- Working knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of department/field
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Establishes effective working relationships at the work group level
Typical Range of Experience
- 1-3 years of trust administrative experience
Pay Range: $19.01-$26.05
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location
