This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and influential team within Adobe Digital Media Sales Velocity. We are looking for a multi-talented and ambitious Multi-Solution Architect to work with presales and product teams to design groundbreaking custom demos and proof of concepts (PoCs) that showcase the value of the fast-paced innovations fueled by Firefly Services, Adobe Express and GenAI.
The team is responsible for providing expert skills in building innovative re-usable demos, hands-on labs and proof of concepts designed to delight enterprise customers and accelerate sales cycles by achieving the technical win. This team is at the forefront for enabling brands to fundamentally transform how content is produced to deliver hyper-personalized experiences by leveraging the power of generative AI and automation. The Opportunity

The Multi-Solution Architect works some of the most prestigious brands while partnering with Adobe colleagues at multiple levels to solve customer needs with cutting edge solutions & technologies. Exhibit leadership with clients and internal product teams and leadership as a trusted expert in our Firefly Services and related product strategies. This role is focused on defining architecture for PoCs that will be used by solution consultants.
What you’ll do
- Define custom solution architectures and roadmaps to establish a scalable platform to deliver re-usable custom and industry-specific demos based on architectures involving a combination of Adobe Digital Media products and services
- Present and advocate solutions to executive and senior leadership teams, both within Adobe and to clients
- Recommend additions/changes to future technology roadmap across the organization based on research, evaluation of emerging technologies and analyzing industry trends
- Identify best-practices and technology capabilities required to unlock the power of Firefly Services and related Adobe products.
- Proactively anticipate future technology needs and effectively communicate them within the organization to support strategic planning
- Work closely with and act as a liaison between key presales stakeholders and the Sales Velocity and product teams by providing technical expertise that translate customer needs to capabilities
- Ensure alignment between business strategies, information technology roadmap, and technical and tactical deployment teams.
- Establish governance and operational models that align with Adobe’s technology vision and strategic goals
- Articulate value from the solution/project and contributes to defining the framework for tracking value, KPIs, etc.
- Develop technical specifications, conduct thorough code reviews, and champion the adoption of best practices across development teams
- Take ownership of technical architecture, ensuring high code quality, optimal performance robust security, and scalable solutions for enterprise-level projects
What you’ll need to succeed
- Bachelors/Master’s degree with a focus in Information Technology / Computer Science or related field
- Demonstrated experience as a technical architect with Digital Media products, ideally spanning multiple products
- Proven experience of developing enterprise architecture models
- Validated experience with architecture frameworks such as API, SOA, and TOGAF
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services architectures and services
- Strong design and problem-solving skills, with a passion for quality and engineering excellence at scale
- Experience in preparing and reviewing technical specification documents.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership, including presenting complex technical information
- Ability to intake business vision and translate to technical solution and architecture requirements
- Shown experience working with clients, PMs, Business Solution Architects and Development teams to plan out and execute end-to-end solutions
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several? U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position?is $134,800 -- $267,600 annually. Pay?within this range varies by work location?and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,?and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
