Job Summary
Our professional security officers are responsible for providing superior physical security services at our client’s site. They display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Essential Job Functions:
Protect personnel and property in a professional manner
Meet and deal tactfully and politely with general public and visitors
Effectively and efficiently screen and process visitors
Identify, report, delay or detain persons who violate rules and regulations
Conduct internal and external roving foot patrols
Complete all reports and paperwork as required
Provide first aid, CPR and assist during emergencies as necessary
Be fully familiar with building layout, floor plans, manual fire alarm locations, fire extinguisher locations, Automated External Defibrillator (AED) locations, emergency routes, and evacuation assembly points;
Remain on post until properly relived and pass all information relevant to the post to the relieving Security Officer;
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
Must have an Active DCJS
Must be at least 18 years of age
US Citizen with a valid social security card
Must possess a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
Must be available to work a flexible schedule
Possess at least once of the following experience /education criteria:
