Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance on Mazda vehicles.

Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic equipment.

Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and effectively with customers.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Mazda technical training and certifications.

Mentor and train junior technicians and apprentices.

Adhere to all safety protocols and standards.

Qualifications:

ASE Master Mazda Technician certification required.

At least 5 years of experience as an automotive technician, with specific experience in Mazda vehicles preferred.

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
