Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development of requirements and management of projects associated with various systems including the coordination of vendors, team members, other in-house developers, and contractors.
Interface with end users to determine business needs and map these needs into existing system functionality or develop written specifications for system modifications when appropriate and approved by senior management.
Plan, schedule, initiate, and monitor ERP software (Prelude ADS System) software processes/procedures in support of business activities such as product updates, month end closing, physical inventory, and other needs.
Liaison between IT and other departments to streamline & re-engineer business and system processes that use the ERP software (Prelude ADS System) and third party integrated software.
Monitor customer support requests related to software applications that are submitted through the Help Desk and address these requests based on impact to the organizational mission and operations.
Coordinate resources to promptly and cost-effectively address customer project requests with a strong focus on communicating plans and status to customers.
Coordinate with I.T management staff as well as the senior management staff and other departments for resolution of complex issues.
Keep senior management informed of all technical issues that adversely impact key business systems or processes.
Three years of experience in technical data and/or process management at the corporate level including configuration control and creating process documentation.
Three years of hands-on systems analysis experience with a focus on IPO (Input, Process, Output) system modeling to meet organizational objectives.
Proficiency with software tools including full Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, graphics manipulation programs, and specialized data manipulation.
Proficient in project management methodology and the usage of associated software tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
