ITIL is an ITSM best practice framework we have chosen for UCSF. It is the most widely accepted approach to ITSM worldwide and contains 26 ITSM processes. We use the “adopt and adapt” approach rather than blindly trying to introduce all 26 processes. These 26 processes are divided into five stages of the service lifecycle: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, and Continual Service Improvement.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
