JOB OVERVIEW: The Specialist, Talent Performance and Development will support the Director Talent Performance and Talent Development team. The Specialist, Talent Performance and Development will support managing, developing tools & reporting and analyzing all components of Talent Performance. Responsible for activation, engagement and reporting for two short term incentive programs. This is a role that will require systems sensibility, strong analytical and excel ability, and outstanding communication and relationship-management skills.
