Key Responsibilities:
Operate Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate various types of machinery used in the production process.
Set Up Machines: Prepare machines for production by setting up the necessary components and ensuring correct settings.
Monitor Production: Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of products, making adjustments as necessary.
Inspect Products: Perform regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Maintain Equipment: Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve minor mechanical problems with machinery, reporting major issues to maintenance personnel.
Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) and following best practices to prevent accidents.
Keep Records: Maintain accurate records of machine operations, production quantities, and any maintenance or repair activities.
Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other operators, supervisors, and quality control personnel to achieve production goals and resolve any issues.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of machinery and production processes.
Basic mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and make minor repairs.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving materials.
Work Environment:
This position is typically performed in a manufacturing or production facility.
Work may involve exposure to loud noises, dust, and varying temperatures.
The role requires standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks.
The job may involve shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
